Myster High End Affiliate and Creator Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Myster High End Affiliate and Creator Programs, powered by Social Snowball. These programs reward affiliates and creators for referring new customers to Myster High End (getmyster.com). By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

  1. You must be 21 years or older and have an active, valid method of receiving payment.
  2. Myster High End reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Program Participation

  1. Affiliates receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with potential new customers.
  2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales directly attributable to your code or link.
  3. You are responsible for making sure your promotion methods follow all applicable laws and regulations, including disclosure requirements for sponsored or affiliate content.

Commission and Payments

  1. Commission rates may change at Myster High End's discretion. You will be notified of any changes.
  2. Commissions are paid only after funds from the referred order are collected. Returned or canceled sales are deducted from your balance.
  3. All commissions are subject to review and verification. Payment may be delayed or withheld while we investigate.
  4. Commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive or questionable methods will be voided.

Coupon and Deal Sites

  1. Posting your code on coupon sites (Honey, CouponBird, and similar) is strictly prohibited. Doing so results in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
  2. Report any unauthorized use of your code to Myster High End.

Paid Search

  1. You may not bid on "Myster," our product names, or close variations in Google Ads or any paid search platform, and you may not use paid search to direct traffic through your affiliate link. Violations void related commissions and may result in removal from the program.

Content Rights and Usage

  1. By submitting photos, videos, or other content promoting Myster High End, you grant Myster High End a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and use that content across our marketing channels (website, social, email, ads), with credit where practical.
  2. You confirm you own or have the rights to any content you create and share.

Intellectual Property

  1. You may not alter any Myster High End brand assets without prior written consent.
  2. All logos, images, and slogans must be used in a way that is respectful and consistent with Myster High End's brand guidelines.

Termination

  1. Either party may end the relationship at any time with written notice.
  2. On termination, you must stop using Myster High End branding, materials, and referral codes or links.

Limitation of Liability

Myster High End is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from these programs, even if advised of the possibility.

Amendment

Myster High End may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Continued participation after changes means you accept them.

Agreement

By participating in a Myster High End Affiliate or Creator Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Violating any term may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of accrued commissions.
