A survey conducted by The Global Drug Survey in 2017 found that around 21.9% of total US cannabis consumers prefer to smoke weed in the morning. What is Wake and Bake?

As the name suggests, wake and bake is the act of enjoying cannabis the very first thing in the morning. You can use your growing marijuana from the backyard or get it from the store nearby. Wear Comfy Clothes.

Your choice of clothes will affect your wake and bake. Wear loose-fitting clothes like hoodies, jumpers, tracksuits, and pajamas. That will let you breathe and be super comfortable and relaxing. If you’re planning to go heavy on relaxation, tight-fitting clothes are something you should avoid wearing. On the contrary, you may end up having a bad trip.

Prepare a good Breakfast. 

You can smoke the joint along with your morning coffee if that’s how you like it. After the first hit, you might want to eat something. And there is absolutely nothing that food cannot solve. Prepare a meal of a champion. A healthy breakfast will prepare your body for the day and provide the base for the amount of cannabis you plan you consume.

Stay Hydrated

Keep plenty of water bottles handy throughout the day. Smoking pot will dehydrate you and potentially cause cottonmouth. Dry mouths aren’t the most comfortable thing you’d like to experience in the morning. Besides, staying hydrated will keep your brain clicking with your choice of program.

Suppose you plan on going out later, shower after smoking up. Smoking Mary Jane and smelling like Mary Jane are two different things. The second one is mostly unpleasant. Showering can make you feel and smell better throughout the day. Besides, taking a showing right after smoking is one of the best feelings ever. If you know, you know. If you don’t, you’ll know.
